Ferretti Family Hotel Madison - Cattolica

During my stay at this hotel, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location of this place offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar, flat-screen TV and free toiletries. The dining options were excellent, with delicious breakfasts and evening meals that exceeded my expectations. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi and car park were an added bonus, making my stay all the more convenient.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and quality amenities made my time here truly enjoyable.

Good food and friendly staff Had a decent Easter break at this hotel. the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. the location was also convenient, with both the beach and town center just a short walk away.

Small room and unhelpful front desk Room was small and lacked adequate storage space. the front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in providing assistance.

We had a very good experience when staying at the Hotel Madison in Cattolica. The reception staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel and the room were clean, the continental breakfast was ok, and the location of the hotel was excellent.

The airconditioning didn't work properly: it was either too cold or too hot. It was difficult to adjust the cooler into a right temperature. The carpet in the staircases should be renewed: it looked a bit dirty and worn.

This was the most awfull place ever, for this price. Hotel Madison does not deserve 4 stars. The room was dark, shaggy, and extremely noisy,.. impossible to sleep due to noise from the post, the air co and otherneighbors.the kitchen staff was joking, sneezing loudly and playing a radio loudly: far from being quiet and reserved as expected. The staff did not show proper motivation which was also a bit depressive. If you like nice quiet place with comfort, and value for the price: don't go to Madison hotel. The proposed service is not accurate: a parking place was not available in spite of our pre booking. I was proposed non acceptable alternatives. Also there is no private beach as stated on the ads.

Great location close to the beach, harbour and city centre. Clean rooms with excellent views. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Good facilities, like a clean swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds.

The hotel was in a good location next to a small free beach and the harbor footbridge. the room was okay, but the bathroom needed an update. the breakfast was decent, with a good selection. the staff was friendly and attentive. There was also a pool and restaurant nearby that used to be good.

The hotel lacked proper maintenance and some facilities were not up to standard.
